Our fee is all-inclusive of photographic evidence and a full report of the visit.

Once the debtor is traced Trace and Collect UK experienced debt collection professionals can visit them face-to-face. By focusing the debtor’s attention on the debt we often find that this prompts payment in full, or an agreement to enter a payment plan. Our agents always act in a discreet professional fashion, protecting your reputation and ours. If agents are unable to make contact with the debtor, having made discreet local enquiries they will hand-deliver a formal notice to promote a response.

In the event that the debtor refuses to engage and you decide court action is appropriate, the report will show you have complied with the required pre-action protocols.
